Privacy Policy

This page explains what information arablawsworld.com collects when you browse or buy, why, and who else handles it. We collect as little as running the shop requires. We do not run a mailing list and will not send you marketing email.

When you browse

A session cookie keeps track of your shopping cart. It holds no personal details and expires when you close your browser.

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are read and how visitors find the site. It sets its own cookies and receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you view; Google processes that data under its own privacy terms. Our server also keeps standard access and error logs for security and troubleshooting.

When you buy

Payment happens on PayPal. We never receive or store card or bank details. When a payment completes, PayPal passes us your name, the email address on your PayPal account and the transaction ID. We keep these with a record of what you bought so that we can email you the files, resend them if they go astray, and keep the accounts the law requires.

When you contact us

Messages sent through the contact form or by email reach us by email. We use what you send only to answer you.

Who else sees your data

PayPal (payments), Google (analytics) and our hosting provider (which stores the site and its order records). We do not sell personal data or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the cart needs its session cookie to work, but the rest of the site does not. To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted where we are not required to keep it, email info@arablawsworld.com.
