This is Oman's trademark statute from the era before the Sultanate consolidated its IP legislation into the Industrial Property Rights Law of 2008 (Sultani Decree No. 67 of 2008, also available on this site). It governed registration, protection and enforcement of marks in Oman, and remains the reference for registrations and disputes that predate the 2008 consolidation.
