Anti-Commercial Fraud Law Regulation (Saudi Arabia) in English

This text is the implementing regulation of the Saudi Anti-Commercial Fraud Law, the framework under which the Kingdom polices deceptive commercial practices — misdescribed, adulterated or counterfeit goods and the conduct of those who trade in them. Where the law states the offences and penalties, the regulation supplies the operating detail that inspectors and courts apply in practice.
