Some of the Provisions of the Federal Law No. (13) of 2007 Concerning the Commodities Subject to Import and Export Control (UAE, Federal Decree Law No. 12, 2008) in English

Federal Decree No. 12 of 2008 gives effect to provisions of Federal Law No. 13 of 2007 on commodities subject to import and export control — the UAE trade-control framework covering goods whose movement across the border requires permits. The decree is part of the machinery that determines which commodities are controlled and how the parent law applies to them.
