UAE administrative resolutions are internal-management instruments issued by the directors and chief executives of federal authorities, regulators, and government bodies. They sit at the lowest tier of binding administrative acts, below federal laws, decrees, cabinet resolutions, and ministerial resolutions. Their function is to organise the internal workings of the issuing body — appointments, delegations of signature authority, organisational charts, internal procedures — and to give effect to higher-level instruments through specific operational decisions.

What is an administrative resolution?
An internal-facing instrument by which a federal body organises how it exercises its powers — procedures, delegations, organisational structures. Are administrative resolutions published in English officially?
No. Arabic is the only official language of publication, and many administrative instruments never appear in unofficial English collections at all — which is the gap these translations cover.
