UAE administrative resolutions are internal-management instruments issued by the directors and chief executives of federal authorities, regulators, and government bodies. They sit at the lowest tier of binding administrative acts, below federal laws, decrees, cabinet resolutions, and ministerial resolutions. Their function is to organise the internal workings of the issuing body — appointments, delegations of signature authority, organisational charts, internal procedures — and to give effect to higher-level instruments through specific operational decisions.

The translations collected here include resolutions of the directors-general of federal regulatory authorities, organisational decisions of federal commercial entities, and procedural directions issued to staff and to the regulated public.
